男，湖南常德人，1992年出生，中共黨員，應用經濟學博士，碩士生導師，2021年6月進入長安大學經濟與管理學院經濟系工作。

2. 主持國家自然科學基金青年項目、中國博士后科學基金面上項目、教育部人文社會科學研究青年基金西部與邊疆地區項目，參與國家自然科學基金、國家社會科學基金、教育部人文社會科學研究等省部級以上項目多項。
3. 擔任Economic Modelling、Emerging Markets Finance and Trade、Land Use Policy、Energy Strategy Reviews、 Financial Innovation等SCI或SSCI期刊匿名審稿人。曾擔任期刊Environmental Science and Pollution Research、Emerging Markets Finance and Trade、Innovation and Green Development的特刊編輯。
