一、論壇簡介（Forum introduction）
長安大學(xué)“青年長安學(xué)者論壇”發(fā)起于2016年，已成功舉辦8屆。論壇旨在為海內(nèi)外青年學(xué)者搭建溝通交流平臺，通過報告、學(xué)術(shù)交流等方式，圍繞學(xué)術(shù)前沿、學(xué)科熱點進行討論和交流，促進海內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者之間的交流與合作，加深對長安大學(xué)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、學(xué)科建設(shè)、科學(xué)研究、人才隊伍建設(shè)等方面的了解，感悟“弘毅明德 篤學(xué)創(chuàng)新”的長大精神。
The "Young Chang'an Scholars Forum" of Chang'an University was launched in 2016, and has been successfully held for eight sessions. This forum aims to set up a communication platform for young scholars at home and abroad. On one hand, through academic reports and exchanges, the academic frontiers and hot spots can be discussed so as to promote the communication and cooperation between the outstanding young scholars at home and abroad. On the other hand, we hope, through this forum, the strategies of development, discipline construction, scientific research, talent team building of Chang'an university can be well understood and our motto "for great aspiration and moral cultivation, for devoted study and constant innovation" can be better comprehended.

The 9th main forum of "Young Chang'an Scholars" at Chang'an University will be held in Xi’an from December 19 to 20.
二、報名條件（Registration requirements）
1.政治立場堅定，擁護中國共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，熱愛高等教育事業(yè)，愛國守法，廉潔自律，遵守學(xué)術(shù)規(guī)范，恪守職業(yè)道德。
With a firm political stand and a support for the leadership of the Communist Party of China, with a passion for higher education, patriotic, law-abiding, honest, self-disciplined, and abiding by academic norms and professional ethics.
2.海內(nèi)外知名高校、科研機構(gòu)的博士后、青年學(xué)者或應(yīng)屆博士，在本學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域有較強影響力和競爭力，具有較大發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ匀豢茖W(xué)和工程技術(shù)領(lǐng)域原則上不超過40周歲，人文社會科學(xué)與文化藝術(shù)領(lǐng)域原則上不超過45歲。
Postdoctoral researchers, young scholars or fresh doctors from well-known universities and research institutions at home and abroad with strong influence and competitiveness in the academic fields, and with great development potential. In principle, within the age of 40 years for the talents in the fields of natural science and engineering technology, and 45 years for the talents in the field of humanities, social sciences, culture and arts.
三、支持政策（Support policies）
1.按照相應(yīng)崗位提供充足的科研支持經(jīng)費，提供科研工作用房及所需實驗條件。協(xié)助組建團隊。在研究生招生方面予以優(yōu)先支持。
Provide adequate funding for scientific research according to the corresponding positions. Provide research studios and required experimental conditions. Assist in team building. Provide priority support for graduates enrollment.
2.按照學(xué)校“長安學(xué)者”和“青年英才”崗位提供具有競爭力的薪酬待遇。
Provide competitive salary according to the "Chang'an Scholar" and "Young Talents" positions of Chang’an University.
3.提供住房和安家費，住房補貼、人才周轉(zhuǎn)公寓等按照學(xué)校政策執(zhí)行。

六、學(xué)校簡介（About CHU）
長安大學(xué)直屬國家教育部，是國家首批“211工程”重點建設(shè)大學(xué)、國家“985優(yōu)勢學(xué)科創(chuàng)新平臺”建設(shè)高校、國家“雙一流”建設(shè)高校。
Chang’an University, or CHU, is a national key university. Under the direct leadership of the Ministry of Education, it is listed under Project 211, Project 985 Innovation Platform, and Double First-Class Project of China.
學(xué)校位居歷史文化名城西安，坐擁南北兩大校區(qū)，南倚大雁塔，北鄰渭水濱，建有太白山、梁山、渭水三個教學(xué)實習(xí)基地，校園面積3745畝。
Located in Xi 'an, a well-known historical and cultural city, CHU has two campuses in the north and south with the Wild Goose Pagoda to the south and the Weishui waterfront to the north. It sets up three internship bases in Taibai Mountain, Liangshan Mountain and Weishui. The campus covers an area of 3,745 mu.
學(xué)校設(shè)有25個學(xué)院（系、中心），具備涵蓋哲學(xué)、經(jīng)濟學(xué)、法學(xué)、文學(xué)、理學(xué)、工學(xué)、管理學(xué)、教育學(xué)、農(nóng)學(xué)、藝術(shù)學(xué)、交叉11個學(xué)科門類，貫通學(xué)士、碩士、博士教育培養(yǎng)全過程的學(xué)位授予體系。
CHU has 25 schools and departments which offer complete and advanced degree programs such as bachelor, postgraduate and PhD in 11 major fields, namely, philosophy, economics, law, literature, science, engineering, management, education, agriculture, art and interdiscipline.
學(xué)校現(xiàn)有13個一級學(xué)科博士點，4個博士專業(yè)學(xué)位授權(quán)類別，34個一級學(xué)科碩士點，21個碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位授權(quán)類別。有9個博士后科研流動站。工程學(xué)、地球科學(xué)、材料科學(xué)、環(huán)境科學(xué)與生態(tài)學(xué)、社會科學(xué)總論、化學(xué)等6個學(xué)科進入ESI全球排名前1%。
CHU has 13 first-level disciplines in doctoral level, 4 professional discipline in doctoral level, 34 first-level disciplines in master’s level, 21 professional discipline in master’s level and 9 post-doctoral research centers. Six disciplines such as engineering, earth science, materials science, environmental science and ecology, general social science, chemistry are listed top 1% of ESI.
新時代面向國家重大戰(zhàn)略需求，設(shè)立了現(xiàn)代交通研究院、秦嶺生態(tài)環(huán)境研究院、黃河研究院、川藏鐵路工程研究院、雄安現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)研究院等一批實體研究院。現(xiàn)有中國科學(xué)院、中國工程院、新加坡工程院院士3人，教授、副教授1400余人，博士生導(dǎo)師433人、碩士生導(dǎo)師1113人。擁有承擔(dān)國家重點研發(fā)計劃、國家重大工程項目的各類杰出人才逾百人。
Many research institutions are launched in the new era, such as Modern Transportation Research Institute, Qinling Ecological Environment Research Institute, Yellow River Research Institute, Sichuan-Tibet Railway Engineering Research Institute, Hangzhou Future Transportation Research Institute, and Xiong’an Modern Industry Research Institute. CHU has 3 academicians from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Singapore Academy of Engineering. CHU faculty is composed of over 1,400 professors and associate professors, including 433 doctoral supervisors and 1113 master supervisors. More than 100 outstanding professionals have undertaken national key research and development plans, national key research projects.
學(xué)校平臺條件完善，現(xiàn)有國家級實驗教學(xué)中心5個（含3個國家級虛擬仿真實驗教學(xué)中心）、省部級實驗教學(xué)中心19個（含4個省部級虛擬仿真實驗教學(xué)中心），有國家工程研究中心2個、國際聯(lián)合實驗室1個、省部級重點研究基地91個，聯(lián)合共建陜西國家應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)中心1個。國內(nèi)高校唯一的“車聯(lián)網(wǎng)與智能汽車試驗場”，被交通運輸部認定為全國首批三大“自動駕駛封閉場地測試基地”之一。
CHU has established complete platforms, such as the 5 national experimental teaching centers (including 3 national virtual simulation experiment teaching centers), 19 provincial experimental teaching demonstration centers (including 4 provincial level virtual simulation experiment teaching centers), 2 national engineering laboratories, 1 international joint laboratory, 1 national applied mathematics center, and 91 provincial and ministerial level key research bases. Connected and automated vehicle test field, built exclusively at CHU in domestic universities, is recognized by the Ministry of Transport as one of the country's three national closed field test base of autonomous driving.
學(xué)校矢志原始創(chuàng)新，構(gòu)建“大團隊、大平臺、大項目、大成果、大服務(wù)、大貢獻”六位一體科技創(chuàng)新體系，年度科研經(jīng)費突破9.6億元，牽頭承擔(dān)國家重點研發(fā)計劃項目13項、課題42項。近年來獲得國家科學(xué)技術(shù)進步獎一等獎、二等獎23項。年度授權(quán)專利1000余項。先后攻克了特殊地區(qū)公路建設(shè)成套科學(xué)技術(shù)難題，研發(fā)了黃土滑坡及大型崩塌臨災(zāi)預(yù)警系統(tǒng)，解決了地鐵建設(shè)中的地裂縫風(fēng)險防治問題。新時代，學(xué)校積極布局“智慧+”“綠色+”“大數(shù)據(jù)+”等學(xué)科交叉戰(zhàn)略，旨在改造傳統(tǒng)、升級產(chǎn)業(yè)、贏得未來。
CHU attaches great importance to academic innovation, creating a six-in-one scientific and technological innovation system of “great teams, grand platforms, major projects, fruitful achievements, extensive service, and significant contribution”. The scientific research funding exceeds RMB 960 million annually, and CHU undertakes 13 national key research plans and 42 national key research projects. In recent years, CHU won 23 first and second prizes of the National Science and Technology Progress Award. More than 1,000 patents are authorized each year. CHU has successively overcome the complete set of scientific and technological problems in road construction in special areas, developed a disaster warning system for loess landslides and large-scale collapses, and solved the problem of ground fissure risk prevention in subway construction. In the new era, the university actively deploys interdisciplinary strategies, such as ‘wisdom+’, ‘green+’ and ‘big data+’, aiming to transform and upgrade traditional industry in the future.
學(xué)校注重成果推廣，科研成果應(yīng)用于被譽為“國之重器”的港珠澳大橋、全球空港新標桿北京大興國際機場等超級工程建設(shè)，支撐了世界最大跨徑的公鐵兩用斜拉橋滬通長江大橋、世界海拔最高的青藏公路、亞洲最長公路隧道秦嶺終南山隧道、第一條沙漠高速公路榆靖高速等諸多有重要國際影響力的世紀工程建設(shè)。與數(shù)十家世界500強企業(yè)建立了深度戰(zhàn)略合作關(guān)系。
CHU highlights the promotion and application of its scientific research results, applied in marvelous constructions of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, Beijing Daxing International Airport, Hutong Yangtze River Bridge known as the world's largest span cable-stayed bridge, Qinghai-Tibet Highway, the highway with the highest latitude, Qinling-Zhongnanshan Highway Tunnel, the longest tunnel in Asia, and Yujing Expressway, the first expressway in desert area. The university has established in-depth strategic partnerships with dozens of Fortune 500 companies.
