主講人簡介:薛進軍,發(fā)展經(jīng)濟學(xué)博士,現(xiàn)任日本名古屋大學(xué)經(jīng)濟學(xué)院教授,瑞典梅拉達林大學(xué)客座教授,兼任中國國際低碳經(jīng)濟研究所所長,國家發(fā)改委能源研究所客座研究員,清華大學(xué)能源環(huán)境經(jīng)濟研究所兼職教授,中國科學(xué)院科技戰(zhàn)略與政策研究所客座研究員,武漢大學(xué)兼職教授,碳排放權(quán)交易湖北省協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心首席科學(xué)家等。曾任耶魯大學(xué)經(jīng)濟增長中心、牛津大學(xué)經(jīng)濟系訪問教授,武漢大學(xué)經(jīng)濟學(xué)院副院長,日本一橋大學(xué)副教授等。
薛進軍在國際期刊Science,Nature Communications, Nature Food, Nature Sustainability, Applied Energy, Energy Economics,以及《中國社會科學(xué)》、《經(jīng)濟研究》等中文刊物發(fā)表論文近百篇,擔任高影響因子國際期刊Applied Energy (9.746),Singapore Economic Review等期刊客座和特約編輯。
他還是中國第一本《發(fā)展經(jīng)濟學(xué)》(譚崇臺主編)教材的助編之一,第一本《低碳經(jīng)濟學(xué)》編著者,第一個以 “低碳經(jīng)濟”命名的國際低碳經(jīng)濟研究所的創(chuàng)始人兼聯(lián)席所長, 北京洪堡論壇、市場導(dǎo)向的綠色低碳發(fā)展國際研討會創(chuàng)始人之一。他也是最早提倡中國實施出口帶動的經(jīng)濟增長、提出低碳發(fā)展的雁行模式并積極參與中國的低碳城市設(shè)計、碳市場建設(shè)的學(xué)者之一。他還出版過《低碳經(jīng)濟學(xué)》、《中國的不平等》、《不平等的增長》等多部中英日文著作。
Dr. Jinjun Xue is a Professor at Economic Research Centre of Economics of Nagoya University, Japan. He held careers of Fulbright Scholar at Economic Growth Centre of Yale University in USA, Professor and Deputy Dean of Economics School of Wuhan University, Associate Professor of Hitotsubashi University and Professor of Oita University), Japan, visiting Professor at University of Oxford etc. He is also a visiting Researcher at Tsinghua University, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Wuhan University and so on.
His major is Development Economics and the current research subjects are Global Income Inequality, Labour Migration, Global Value Chains and CO2Emissions and the Chinese Economy; He published many books in English, Japanese and Chinese, and papers inScience, Nature Communications, Applied Energy, Energy Economics, China Economic Reviewetc. Currently he serves as a guest editor ofApplied Energy, Singapore Economic Reviewand reviewers of many international journals.
Xue Jinjun is the author of China's first textbook of Development Economics, the author of the first book entitled Low Carbon Economics, one of the founders and co-director of the first research institute named after the “l(fā)ow carbon economy”, one of the initiative members of Beijing Humboldt Forum.
He is one of the first scholars who advocated China's implementation of export-driven economic growth, proposed a low-carbon development model, and actively participated in China's low-carbon city design and carbon market construction. He also has many publications on labor migration and income distribution China.
